The Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx and Fredrich Engels. Part 3

The Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx and Fredrich Engels. Part 3
I am constantly surprised by the ability of otherwise seemingly smart people to be continually deceived by current democratic attempts to turn the US into the Marxist ideal. This will be accomplished by the expansion of the federal “safety net” of dependency and employment. Currently, the number of government employees in unions is larger than the private sector unions. Government employment is the only area experiencing growth. As more and more people are dependent on the government for their housing, food, subsidized or free health care, and employment, these people will ensure they elect senators and representatives that will protect their interests. When 60% of the population is dependent on the government for wealth transfers, the 40% will have nothing left.
Marx had (has) a 10-point plan for the implementation of the communist state. We are almost there. As you read these think about our country right now. I will repeat the list with the current implementation following Marx’s list. I invite you to compare my list to this one.
THE 10 POINTS:
1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
5. Centralization of credit in the banks of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the state.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc.

We are almost there: MY LIST
1-National Parks and public lands. The Govt is the largest landowner in the US. “Monument status” is being used to ban mineral, oil, and other recourse development especially throughout the west but also in ANWAR, Florida etc.
2-we already got it and it is going up to pay for the health care bill!!!! Russia right now has a flat tax of 13% and tax revenues are high as tax avoidance behavior has decreased. See here: you need to read this!!!! .. http://www.voxeu.org/index.php?q=node/941
3-55% death tax ready to be in place January 2011
4-$10,000 deposit reporting
5-Fed reserve bank, TARP all the banking regulations basically give control to the govt. Recently, new credit card regulations passed also. The bank crisis was caused in large part by govt interventions. Freddie and Fannie and govt guarantee of toxic loans.
6-Internet regulation promised this year. Called “NET NEUTRALITY ACT. Interstate highway system
7-SEE California. Mostly accomplished through the guise of Environmental protection laws and Zoning. Also, farm subsidies. “Monument status” .. http://www.theadventurelife.org/2010/02/14-new-national-monuments-considered-by-obama-administration/
8-Minimum Wage laws.
9-Smart Growth?
10-Public schools a “right”. Student loan program to be taken over. Obama promises loan forgiveness. These schools are indoctrination and reeducation camps mostly.
In contrast with the Democrat party of today, “the communists disdain to conceal their views and aims. They openly declare that their ends can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions. “Let the ruling classes tremble at a Communistic revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains” THIS SCARES ME.

1 comment:

  1. It seems that although there are striking similarities with some of the points, I would prefer to read why each of these similarities is particularly scary when compared to the realistic and possible alternatives.

For example, government regulation of our nations largest banks seems quite reasonable in light of recent missteps. When left unregulated, these banks to not regulate themselves in any way that reasonably considers the long-term wealth of the nation and of their clients. Yes, Congress, administrative agencies, and the Fed may not be the most efficient form of regulation, but what is the alternative? It is letting them run free. We all are aware of that rules not only allow a fair playing field but also provide a check against our natural selves or the natural corporation.

So basically, since number five--to someone who is pretty familiar with the topic seems reasonable--what about the other nine? What makes your interpretations of their current incarnations "bad" besides being penned by Marx?
